Nainan Jose, alongside his wife Plogy, are the visionary leaders of Highest Praise Church, dedicating their lives to the service of Christ. Born to a pioneering North Indian missionary Rev. P.N. Jose. Nainan has been guiding the church through his fervent preaching and dedication to mentoring since 2009.

Just as devoted, Plogy who grew up in faith, handles her leadership in the women's ministry 'Esthers' alongside her career in finance with ease. Living in Mumbai with their kids, Nathan & Jordan, they share a common vision to create a community that allows every individual to reach his or her highest potential in Christ.
